I am never without this tool when running snares. Speed is the key and the Redman snare tool makes this possible. A grooved notch in the end fits either 9 or 11 gauge wire and makes quick work of setting support wires. I also use this tool at almost every set for blocking. Simply pound a pilot hole and put in sticks or grass to guide the critter. Powder coated bright red makes it hard for even me to leave behind. I typically hang three or more snares on a trail and am gone in a matter of minutes. - Mark
